In 2017, we contracted with Troyce Stamey to enclosed a front porch, build a screened in deck at the rear of the house, and finish the basement that was essentially consisted of bare walls. Mr Stamey was very professional in his approach to the contact, offering suggestions on how the project can be completed, and preparing an estimate with allowances for materials, such as flooring. He arranged all the sub-contractors and supervised their work. Along, the way, we made some changes to the original agreement. He prepared a change order with the additional or decrease in the pricing - no surprises. His work was of very high quality, insuring everything completed was according to the building codes. He pointed out any problems to us and made us aware of any issues. We were most please with the completed projects. We highly recommend Mr. Stamey and his crew.

I recently had an issue with a water problem into my sub-basement and water seepage. Mr. Stamey identified the issue, provided a very reasonable cost solution as well as master craftsmanship on the installation of a new patio roof. This not only resolved my water issue but provided a beautiful addition to the house. He provided a budget and a timeline which both were met. He is a man of his word and delivers.
